Hundreds of children and adults flocked to the Prairie Park Nature Center’s Enchanted Forest Trail-or-Treat Sunday afternoon.

Patrons strolled around Mary’s Lake, stopping at various stations to play games, fetch candy and interact with costumed volunteers — including howling contests with the Big Bad Wolf.

The three-hour event is one of the nature center’s annual fundraisers, but it has been on hiatus since 2020.
