University of Kansas students and Kansas City entertainers will join for an evening of dazzling drag performances in Lawrence.
The fifth annual Kansas Drag Showcase is scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday, April 19 at the Lied Center, 1600 Stewart Drive. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for a meet-and-greet, involvement fair and photo opportunities before performances begin.
KU Student Union Activities and Student Engagement Center organized the event, according to an SUA news release.

All are stars from past Kansas Drag Showcases, according to the release.

Tickets are free for KU, Haskell Indian Nations University and Baker University students who provide their student IDs.
Public admission costs $10 per ticket, which can be purchased through the Lied Center’s website, lied.ku.edu.
