A Celebration of Life for Michael William Hodges, 76, Lawrence, KS, will be held 2:00 ~ 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Carnegie Building, 200 W. 9th Street, Lawrence, KS, 66044. A Graveside inurnment will be held 1:30 PM, Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, KS, 66048. Michael passed away Friday, June 6, 2025, at LMH Health.

Michael was born January 20, 1949, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Wilmot and Marjorie (Hill) Hodges.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia (Yager) Hodges, sons, Christopher Hodges, Timothy Hodges, brother, Patrick (Debra) Hodges, sister, Mary Jane Hodges, two granddaughters, Phalen Love Hodges, and Ebony Longfellow.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Bill Hodges

Memorial Contributions may be made in Michael’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
