The Kansas Department of Transportation will soon close the ramp from Bob Billings Parkway onto eastbound Kansas Highway 10 for construction work.

The ramp will be closed beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2 until late October, conditions permitting, according to KDOT.

A detour will direct traffic to the West Sixth Street interchange, where drivers will be able to get on the highway heading eastbound.

The work is part of the South Lawrence Trafficway west leg expansion project. Read more about the project in the articles at this link.
