Lawrence crews are working to clear streets, according to the city.
“(Municipal Services and Operations) teams have been plowing and treating priority routes and residential streets through the night and into this morning, and crews will continue monitoring conditions as the day progresses,” the city posted to social media Sunday morning.
“… While no additional accumulation is expected, any leftover moisture can melt a bit this afternoon and quickly refreeze after sunset, creating slick spots on bridges, hills, intersections, and shaded areas.”
