“There is no Commencement Ceremony like a Haskell Commencement Ceremony,” the announcement said. “After these unprecedented years, we look forward to celebrating our 2022 graduates!”

The celebration is set for 10 a.m. Friday, May 13 at Coffin Complex. Masks are strongly encouraged, according to the announcement.

Lunch will be served to graduates and their families after the ceremony at Curtis Hall.

There is limited capacity in the venue. Each graduate will be provided a set of tickets, and the university will provide students information about seating by April 8. In addition, KU’s graduation is the same weekend, so hotel rooms might be in short supply, the announcement said.

The commencement committee includes Rhonda LeValdo, Amy Deer, Dr. Freda Gipp, Steff Fernando, Tracy Pargeets and Julia Good Fox, according to the release.
