A vehicle rolled onto its side but no serious injuries were reported in a crash Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 12:35 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 19th and Kentucky streets. It was reported as a two-vehicle crash.
First responders at the scene said over the scanner that there were two patients but both were “triage code green,” meaning they did not have serious injuries. A first responder also said that no one would need to be extricated from a vehicle.
It was not immediately clear how the crash occurred.
Laura McCabe, a spokesperson for the Lawrence Police Department, confirmed that the only injuries were minor cuts and bruises, and no one was transported from the scene for treatment.
