From self-care items such as bath scrubs and homemade soaps to crafty crocheted animals and baked goods, the sale will offer a medley of products all made by kids ages 12 to 18.

The offerings available are unique to each creator. Elyse Hammann, a junior at Bishop Seabury Academy, will be selling oil paintings, stickers, pins and keychains; Phoebe Ulbrick will sell jewelry, baked goods, and drawings, among other items.

The Lit & Local winter edition is a spinoff of Sunrise’s Lit & Local events, which launched in 2018 in order to provide a platform for youth entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their creations.

The event is set for 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 at Cider Gallery, 810 Pennsylvania St.

Sunrise Project’s Facebook feed features some of the products that will be available for sale at the market.
