Audio-Reader, the KU-based reading and information service for blind, visually impaired and print disabled people, will hold its next audio sale this weekend.
All are welcome to come shop “new to you” vintage and modern audio equipment, vinyl records, musical instruments, CDs, DVDs and cassette tapes, according to a flyer about the event.
Admission to the sale is free. All proceeds go directly toward the organization’s mission of “sharing the gift of sight through sound.”
The audio store will be open from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16. Audio-Reader is at 1120 W. 11th St. in Lawrence. Parking in the building’s main lot will be free since it is a weekend.
Keep an eye on the Facebook event page at this link for sneak peeks at items that will be available.
