The 2024 primary election was Tuesday, Aug. 6, and the general election was held Tuesday, Nov. 5.

All 125 Kansas House of Representatives seats and 40 Kansas Senate seats were on the ballot, as were Kansas’ four representatives in the U.S. House. The election also included the Douglas County district attorney and four of five Douglas County Commission seats. Some Kansas Board of Education seats as well as retention races for some judges at the state and district court levels were also on the ballot in November.
