Lawrence city commissioners agreed Tuesday that they don’t want to eliminate the Sustainability Advisory Board, and three of five commissioners agreed to a plan to dissolve four boards and move their duties under the city manager’s office.
Members of the Lawrence Board and Commissions Structure Committee could not decide Monday on whether to advance a recommendation to nix the Sustainability Advisory Board and consolidate or eliminate several other boards.
