A former paraeducator in the Lawrence school district carried out an inappropriate relationship with a middle schooler, and in one instance touched the student against his will, court documents allege.
Lawrence motorists may have noticed four open lanes on Iowa Street Thursday after almost a year of construction work. There are still a few finishing touches to be made, but the city will fully open the street next week.
