The young artists of Van Go and members of the Lawrence Restaurant Association on Saturday celebrated the completion of a new mural, “Sustenance,” in downtown Lawrence.

For this year’s Adornment show, the apprentice artists of Van Go have created artwork with the guiding theme of “A Seat at the Table,” inspired by Shirley Chisholm. The show opens to the public Sunday.
Van Go invites you to walk, ride, roll or run the Lawrence Loop at your own pace in their May Day Hey Day fundraiser on Saturday.
