Lawrence’s Willow Domestic Violence Center will be profiled on HSN (formerly known as the Home Shopping Network) later this month, the organization announced Thursday.

HSN selected Willow to appear on its HSN Cares annual $1,000 A Day Giveaway campaign from a pool of hundreds of nominations sent in by the network’s customers in honor of its April’s Customer Appreciation Month.

Each day of the month, HSN will feature a different organization and donate $1,000 to that charity. Willow’s episode is set to air April 28.

In addition to the initial $1,000 donation, HSN will also match customer donations made to Willow Domestic Violence Center throughout the entire month of April up to an additional $5,000 — meaning the organization could see an influx of $6,000 just from HSN.

Note: For a donation to be eligible for an HSN match, it must be made through the HSN’s Partners in Giving Community Giving page. Those donations also have a match limit of $1,000 per transaction.

“This is an extraordinary opportunity to bring awareness to the work that we do for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking in Kansas,” Willow Executive Director Megan Stuke said in a statement.

Here’s where you can watch HSN on various TV providers in the Lawrence area:

• AT&T: Channel 422 or 1422
• DIRECTV: Channel 71 or 240
• DISH: Channel 74
• Midco: Channel 97 or 651
• Verizon: Channel 151
