The City of Lawrence will hold another open house to give community members a chance to look at plans and provide feedback about renovations to the Outdoor Aquatic Center.

The city is planning an approximately $6 million renovation of the pool. Plans currently include a lazy river with sprays, sunshelf, splash pad, water walk and more.

“During the meeting, the public will be able to review exhibits that show the most recent renovation concept, ask questions, and provide input,” according to the release.

The open house is set for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 26 in the auditorium of the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vermont St. There will be no formal presentation, so folks can come and go as they please.

The city has also launched another online survey that will be available through July 10. That’s online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/OutdoorPool3.
