I know I’m a bit of a broken record on all of this, but this is another one-bookstore-in-the-world bestseller list.

Lawrencians love local titles, and they definitely LOVE Louise Erdrich and Robin Wall Kimmerer, too. The Serviceberry came out on Nov. 19 and was easily the quickest climb to the second spot!

The City of Lawrence is “exploring the risks associated with potentially losing $8M in funding,” according to a statement regarding a draft resolution that pledged the city would stop enforcing its equal rights ordinances in order to comply with Trump’s executive orders.
