Sherril Ann Bartlett, 58, of Lawrence, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Stormont Vail Hospital.

She was born September 9, 1968, in Lawrence, Kansas, the daughter of John Lowell West, Jr. and Barbara Ann (Lorenzo) West.

She enjoyed her children and her grandsons. She loved her Jayhawks and her Kansas City Chiefs.

Sherril is survived by her children, Shawn (Cindy) West and Heather (Dallis) Bartlett; grandsons, Austin, Logan, Brayden and Sean; ex-husband, Phillip Bartlett; siblings, Victoria (Ron) Fike, John III (Becky) West and several half and step brothers and sisters; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Sherril’s life will be on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 3 PM at the community building at Lonestar Lake Park, 665 East 665 Road Lawrence, Kansas. To leave a message for Sherril’s family, please visit www.Rumsey-Yost.com.
