Donna Dale (Stiteler) Deck, born on July 27th, 1944, in Girard Kansas passed away peacefully on February 20th, 2022, in Independence, Missouri.

Donna graduated from Pittsburg State University with a B.S. degree in Business Education in 1965 and a Master’s in Business Education from Arizona State University in 1967.

Donna spent her career working in the accounting and tax business and was the sole proprietor of Donna Deck Accounting and Tax Service. Donna loved gardening, reading, and knitting in her spare time.

She is survived by her son Russell Christian of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and her daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Keith Crain of Seneca, South Carolina and her grandchildren Amber Smith and husband Jonathon, Alyssa Christian, Joshua Christian, Ryan Christian, Lana Crain, Noelle Crain, and her great grandchildren Melody and Olivia Smith. She is also survived by her sister Sandy Lowe of Paola Kansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Emaline Stiteler of Girard, Kansas, her son Jeffrey Christian of Lawrence, Kansas and her sisters Darlene Hightower of Katy, Texas and Olene Tilley of Lawrence, Kansas.

Donna will be laid to rest at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence, Kansas with a private service for the immediate family.
