Lawrence Home Show to return this weekend after long hiatus

Following two years with no show, the Lawrence Home Show is set to return this weekend.

“The Home Show in an event designed for homeowners — and future homeowners — in all stages of remodeling, landscaping, and decorating their homes,” according to the show’s website.

“From the front door to the backyard, fresh home improvement ideas will be found at the Lawrence Home Show!” the website continues. “With a combination of new products and expert advice from the pros, the Home Show offers inspiration to make our homes more functional, comfortable, and valuable.”

Sixty exhibits are planned, and area experts will be on hand to answer questions. “They can offer advice and inspiration to make your space feel more like home,” according to a news release about thee event.

The show is set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19 at Crown Toyota Pavilion, 3430 Iowa St. Tickets are $5 for adults; children may attend free of charge.

“We are really pleased to invite the community back to this fun and information-filled event again!” Bobbie Flory, executive director of the Lawrence Home Builders Association, said via email.
