Learn how to help a turtle cross the road, fold origami, spark a firefly festival and much more at the Lawrence Public Library’s How-To Festival this weekend.
The annual festival is slated for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 6 in the auditorium and lobby and on the lawn of the library, 707 Vermont St.
“The Lawrence community has so much creativity, talent, and expertise, and it’s a delight every year to showcase that,” Melissa Fisher Isaacs, the library’s information services supervisor, said in an announcement of the event. “We hope folks will make lifelong connections and discover opportunities to get more involved in our community.”
