Audio-Reader Network and the Lawrence Public Library will soon unite again for a three-day Music and Book Sale.
The annual sale raises funds to benefit both organizations. Items up for grabs include vintage and modern audio equipment, vinyl records, cassette tapes, musical instruments, CDs, DVDs and more.
“Whether you’re a vinyl collector, music lover or treasure hunter, you won’t want to miss this event!” according to the hosts.
The event will kick off from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Sept, 11 with a presale where folks can get a first crack at everything available for sale. Admission is $5 at the door; kids age 15 and younger enter free.
The sale continues from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.
Then, from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, everything must go — there will be discounts on remaining music and equipment.
