Juvenile hit by car and injured in Lawrence; driver flees scene, scanner indicates
A juvenile person was struck by a car and injured around 6:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of Harper Street on the east side of Lawrence, scanner traffic indicated. The driver reportedly fled the scene.
