Voting is open until 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24. The top 12 designs will be available as a variety pack via pre-order or in-store at the bakery from Feb. 28 to March 1, according to the Facebook post.

The third graders in Laura Amlung’s class created their own unique designs for the doughnuts and wrote opinion pieces to pitch the doughnuts to local bakeries. The opinion pieces are also included in the post.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Deerfield Elementary. Read more about the project at this link.
