Kids can get dental fluoride treatments and sports physicals, and the whole family can get COVID-19 vaccines and have some fun at the free “Panda-Monium” Summer Party this weekend.
Heartland Community Health Center at Panda Pediatrics on Saturday, June 25, will welcome the community to a fun, free outdoor event for the whole family. The event is set for 9 to 11:30 a.m. at 1803 W. Sixth St.
There will be free food, prizes and games, including a nine-hole mini-golf course. There will also be a “touch a truck” event, according to a news release.
JB’s Tacos food truck will provide meal vouchers for patients and their families while supplies last, and breakfast and lunch menu items available for purchase. McDonald’s will also be there with treats and coupons, according to the release.
COVID-19 vaccines will be available for everyone ages 6 months and up. Heartland will also provide car seat safety checks, and free school supplies will be available.
Heartland is taking appointments and accepting walk-ups during the event, according to the release. Call 785-842-4477 for more information.
