The Lawrence Art Guild invites you to Art Spaces, our first open studios event! Art Spaces is an opportunity for artists to open their studios, homes, or alternate display locations to the public in Lawrence and in Douglas County.

Keeping with our more than 60 years of Lawrence tradition, one of the goals the Lawrence Art Guild Mission works to promote is community interest in the arts, art groups, artists and artistic events, and to encourage freedom of expression through art forms.

Art Spaces is a self-guided tour, and it is a great opportunity to check out artists’ studios, see their artwork and talk to the artists.

Participating artists include Greg Anderson, Kathleen Anderson, Sophia Barrett, Liz Bonny, Liz Campbell, Yvonne Channel, Annika Chun, Laurie Culling, Diana Dunkley, Clark Fulton, John Gaunt, Bob Gent, Courtney Gray, Kathleen Hayward, Hobart Jackson, Shakura Jackson, Matthew Jarmer, Lora Jost, Sherry N. Kay, Julie Kingsbury, Nina Kinti-Moss, Margie Kuhn, Robbin Loomas, Maria S. Martin, Melissa Masoner, Jan Morris Nitcher, Linda Owen, Donna Paul, Angie Pickman, Steve Rands, Patrick Rapp, Nan Renbarger, Loreta Schmidt, Celia Smith, Audrey Taylor, Susan K. Theroff, Gene Tyner, Brian White, Jenni White, Jewell Willhite and Dr. Kat Williams.
