The 25th Art Tougeau parade in downtown Lawrence showcased a ton of imagination and creativity in motion — including a giant bulldog.
Lowriders from Diverse Ones Car Club wowed the crowd, members of the Banana Bike Brigade made a visit to town, and artists with Van Go came with a message: “Art is the voice of freedom.”
