Bryan Greve, 63, of Lawrence, passed away surrounded by loved ones on February 9, 2026, at KU Medical Center.
Born on January 21, 1963, in Madison, Wisconsin, to Bruce Greve and Marilynn Williams (Freeman).
Bryan dedicated many years of service to the KU Alumni Association before retiring due to health challenges.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Karlyn Greve; his mother, Marilynn (Jim) Williams; his children, Angelique (William) Greve, Simone Harrison, and Marshall (Brooke) Greve; his mother-in-law, Pam Greve; and three nephews.
His legacy lives on through his cherished grandchildren: Bailey, Lily-Grace, Hazel, Samson, Emery, William Jr., Verity, and Bastian. Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Greve, and his sister, Brenda Thurber.
No services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
