The Lied Center has announced its season lineup for 2022-23, and one feature will be the premiere of a musical theatre work that the center has commissioned.
Tickets are free for the University of Kansas School of Music’s 97th annual Holiday Vespers and Jazz Vespers, and there is an option to livestream the performances this year.
Forty men’s grass and women’s jingle dress dance contestants from across the country will compete in the Lead Horse Open II, which runs from Tuesday through Thursday this week. The event will also include a forum for Lawrence City Commission candidates.
