Round 2 of Old West Lawrence traffic pilot program to begin this week

Part of westbound 19th Street to close for about 2 weeks
Starting Monday, the westbound lane of 19th Street will be closed from Mississippi Street to Maine Street, according to a news release from the city of Lawrence.
