Hundreds of people came to South Park Sunday afternoon to enjoy the 40th annual Kansas Fiddling and Picking Championships.

Music filled the park from performances, competitions and impromptu under-tree hootenannies featuring fiddles, guitars, banjos, string basses and mandolins.
