Bishop Seabury Academy announces the Class of 2026 (Announcement)

Congratulations to the 2026 graduates of Bishop Seabury Academy. 

For the last 29 years, this Lawrence independent school has offered a college preparatory education for grades 6-12 in a diverse and enthusiastic learning community, promoting academic excellence and moral development while empowering students to explore their potential and to become engaged citizens of the world. Seabury shapes confident and resilient students so they can make their own unique mark on this world. Tuition assistance is available. 

The 23 members of the Class of 2026 received acceptances to 72 different colleges and more than $8.6 million in scholarship and institutional grant offers. Acceptances include Columbia University, Dartmouth College, KU Honors Program, Middlebury College, New York University, Northeastern University, Pomona College, Princeton University, Smith College, UNC Chapel Hill, and Yale University, among many others. 

”This is an engaging, multitalented. and principled group of young graduates who will make a significant impact on the world,” Don Schawang, head of school, says of the Class of 2026. “Congratulations to all of them!”
